Dear Everyone,

I don't know what's happening to me. I'm scared and confused and my thoughts are so jumbled up that it's hard for me to make sense of anything anymore. Everything seems surreal and disconnected from reality like I'm living in a dream or something. The world around me is spinning out of control faster than ever before but no one else notices or cares about how panicked this makes me feel inside. My head feels full of foggy static noise, buzzing away endlessly with no end in sight - making it difficult for me even just to think straight let alone function normally day-to-day as if nothing was wrong at all!

My body aches constantly now too; every muscle tense, heart racing wildly yet never quite able reach the finish line - whatever that might be? It doesn't help either when voices start whispering into my ears late at night telling lies about who I am supposed to be... somehow convincing myself these tales could actually become true despite knowing deep down otherwise? But why does everything still seem so real then?? Who knows!? All I do know is things have been getting worse lately & nobody can tell exactly why except maybe 'it happens sometimes'. That isn't helping though because fear keeps creeping back until eventually its taken over completely again leaving only terror behind instead – which really sucks!!

So please somebody come save us both soon…before we're gone forever!!!
