#write a poem about chemical bonds in chemistry
Chemical bonds, such a mystery,
They keep us all in chemistry.
Holding atoms close together tight,
Making molecules that are so bright!

We know the basics of how they work;
The types help to define their perk.
Ionic ones with attraction strong— Covalent when shared is where we belong!

Hydrogen and carbon make up life’s needs– Metals form ionic bonds for sure it seems. Polar covalents hold water droplets small – With nonpolar ones our oils stand tall!

Metallic bonding has its own unique style - Many electrons can roam free for awhile. Dipole-dipole attractive forces do play — Hydrogen bondings stronger than clay. Van der Waal's forces weak but still there -- Keeping particles stuck in midair? London dispersion also plays its part-- Allowing particles just barely to start... To interact mysteriously as one -- The power of chemical bonds never done!

#write a poem about ionic bonds, covalent bonds, and metallic bonds
Ionic bonds, covalent and metallic too,
These are the three ways of binding that we do.
When electrons are shared in a bond so strong,
A covalent one is what you call it along.

When atoms have opposite charges that can attract each other,
An ionic bond forms with ions like sisters or brothers.
The electron transfer gives them an unequal share; A powerful connection they'll always declare!

Metallic bonds form when many positive ions come together: Electrons move freely between them to bind forever! The outer shell's electrons give this type its strength— So metals keep their shape no matter the length!
