#ai what causes bruises on the legs
Bruises on the legs are typically caused by trauma or injury to the blood vessels beneath the skin. This can happen from a direct blow, bump, or fall that causes damage and bleeding in the affected area. Some common causes of bruises on the legs include:
1. Accidents: Trips, falls, and collisions can all cause bruising on the legs.
2. Sports injuries: Playing contact sports or engaging in high-impact activities like running or jumping can lead to bruises due to repeated impact on the leg muscles.
3. Aging: As we age, our skin becomes thinner and more fragile, making it easier for blood vessels to break and form bruises.
4. Medications: Certain medications such as aspirin and blood thinners increase your risk of bruising because they interfere with clotting mechanisms in your body.
5. Vitamin deficiencies: A lack of vitamin C or K in your diet can weaken capillaries (small blood vessels) under your skin which increases their susceptibility to rupturing easily leading to easy bruising.
6 . Medical conditions : Conditions that affect how well our bodies produce platelets (blood cells responsible for clotting), such as hemophilia , leukemia , liver disease , anemia etc., make people prone to frequent unexplained bruise formation .
7 . Sun exposure : Prolonged sun exposure weakens collagen fibers found within connective tissues located just below surface layers causing them become brittle thus increasing chances of developing purplish spots after mild traumas .
8 . Genetics : Some individuals inherit genes associated with increased sensitivity towards minor impacts hence may develop darker discoloration after seemingly insignificant bumps against objects around them what causes bruises on the legs

I kinda wish there was something more to say about the situation I've described but there just kinda isn't lmao
hope we dont start ww3 by the end of the year
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796320
I had a ww3 fear in 2017 really badly. My advice is to remember that everyone involved is trying to prevent it because everyone realizes it would be bad.
And if it happens, you will deal with that situation. But you won'tbe dealing with it until it happens.
Do what you can, it's all you can do.
!lG3YfcFQBA
During 2017 I filled a usb drive with what I randomly guessed would be useful in a nculear apocalypse lmao. Like instructions to minimize radiation and filter water. I included a png of a "hang in there kitty" poster

!dErr1CKfN.
>>796349
this is,,,,something.
!lG3YfcFQBA
This wasn't the only red flag this person gave but it was the funniest
!dErr1CKfN.
ive always been skeptical of hypnotists tbh because i consider myself to be of a "strong mind" aka i dont think i can be hypnotised
!lG3YfcFQBA
That's not actually how hypnosis work. "Strength of mind" and "Will" basically have zero correlation to hypnosis effectiveness, negatively or positive. This is partially because hypnosis is both 1: Something pretty much all people do day to day (Specifically hypnotic states) and 2: No one is going to outright hypnotize-hypnotize you unless you're actively going along with it, thus resistance is a null factor. You're either going along with it on purpose and willingly or it doesn't work.
!dErr1CKfN.
this is interesting
!Ispuppy.i2
hyponotize deez nuts
!lG3YfcFQBA
There ARE factors that make it harder for someone to be hypnotized, but most can be addressed. Struggles to be hypnotized often come from stuff like a lack of trust with the hypnotist. Or innate factors like struggle with imagination and conceptualization. (One study found that having an imaginary friend as a kid correlates oddly high with hypnotizability)
!dErr1CKfN.
i wanna be hypnotised now
!dErr1CKfN.
whats something simple and silly i can be hypnotised into
!lG3YfcFQBA
I have a script I wrote a while back that's entire gimmick is ti makes the reader feel dizzy lol
!dErr1CKfN.
you still got it?
!Ispuppy.i2
how do i learn to hypnotize ppl
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796361
ye I can send it if you want
!dErr1CKfN.
do it
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796362
Tldr: Find scripts, reverse-engineer them and ifgure out waht they're doing and what works and what doesn't. Experiment. Look up the answer to any question you might have. (Eg "How does this work?" or "How do I do this part of it?"
!Ispuppy.i2
hmm ok
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796364
Dm'd
!lG3YfcFQBA
Also ngl litearlly everyone who's ever told me "I can't be hypnotized" or "I might be unabelt o be hypnotized" has been proven wrong by me :3
!lG3YfcFQBA
(To clarify they were all going along with it and cooperating which is exctermely important)
!lG3YfcFQBA
it is hypothetically possible to hypnotize a person without consent but you cannot get away with nearly as much, it's why that kinda of thing is only done in stage hypnosis and such. Other factors (eg peer pressure) keep the hypnotist from having to rely solely on the hypnosis working.
!Ispuppy.i2
can u self hypnotize
!lG3YfcFQBA
It's a skill that a lot of people can do (Some say "All hypnosis is self hypnosis") but I've never been able to succesfully do it.
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796374
I can't say I've ever intentionally tried to set up a rythm in the way I speak, and I've had no problems. I don't even know that term.
That being said, it's good not to let the subjects mind wander for too long, 20 seconds is probably where you're risking them losing concentration on average.
!dErr1CKfN.
>>796367
received, tbh i get uncomfortable when i tense up my muscles so i cant really be bothered/dont have the energy to be hypnotised via this method
!lG3YfcFQBA
>>796376
muscle tensing isn't necessary for hypnosis, it's just an induction I tend to fall back on.
Why not try it with just the relaxation part? Don't tense your muscles, but do follow the rythm of relaxing them individually.
!dErr1CKfN.
just the regular breathing?
!dErr1CKfN.
okok
!lG3YfcFQBA
A lot of getting good at hypnosis is realizing how little there are strict "rules" to it
!lG3YfcFQBA
I remember how gobsmacked I was when I learned you don't have to an induction for every trigger you can literally just set a trigger that lets you set other triggers
!dErr1CKfN.
i feel a lil silly
!dErr1CKfN.
but like
!dErr1CKfN.
i feel kinda loopy kinda
!dErr1CKfN.
idk
!dErr1CKfN.
i dont think it did much but i felt something at least
!dErr1CKfN.
im def in a more relaxed and non caring state of mind

yeah just hypnosis in general
!lG3YfcFQBA
I've never understood why so many people seem to think of sissy hypno whenever hypno is brought up
!lG3YfcFQBA
I've done like feminization type stuff but not sissy partially beacuse i'm only attracted to people who outright identify as women
!lG3YfcFQBA
note I don't always do hypno for like sex reasons hence why I've offered to hypno someone transmasc on here etc
